- Co May Bridge (located on Highway 51, the route from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau City) is the first transport project built in the form of BOT (construction - business - transfer).
- BOT contract between Hai Chau Vietnam Group and The General Department of Roads - Ministry of Transport.
- The time for commercial exploitation of the project is 145 months starting 19/6/1999 and ending 18/7/2011
