Hai Chau Vietnam Group and Vietnam Road Administration (now the General Department of Roads - Ministry of Transport).

Total investment: nearly 120 billions VN.

Investment objectives:

- Connecting with TP. Ho Chi Minh City and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province

- Creating the convenient and smooth traffic for people in the region and surrounding areas.

Investment method:

- Co May Bridge (located on Highway 51, the route from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau City) is the first transport project built in the form of BOT (construction - business - transfer).

- BOT contract between Hai Chau Vietnam Group and The General Department of Roads - Ministry of Transport.

- The time for commercial exploitation of the project is 145 months starting 19/6/1999 and ending 18/7/2011

The scale:

The route consists of left and right branches, with the size of each branch:

- Total length: 1.800m

- Width: 25,7m

- Width of roadway: 13,70 m

02 lanes of motorway: 8,50 m

The lane for pedestrians and reinforcement: 2,5 m+1,5 m = 4.0m
